Testimonials
“Natural farming is more than a technique—it restores our soil, health, and planet. Since adopting it in 2018, my yields have remained steady while my costs have reduced significantly by eliminating expensive chemicals. Today, my chemical-free tur dal sells at ₹250/kg, driven by growing consumer trust in clean, naturally grown food.”
Col. Prashant Vasant Joshi (Retd.) Natural Farmer | KhaparKheda, Nagpur Sri Sri Natural Farming TTP Graduate – 2018 (Koshi Ashram)I began natural farming with my family in 2010 after years of chemical-based farming had degraded our soil and increased costs. After SSIAST training, we adopted mulching and Jeevamrut, gradually restoring the soil’s health and vitality. Today, we harvest 60–70 tons of sugarcane per acre without chemical fertilizers, while growing pulses and vegetables naturally. With near-zero input costs and better market value, we are proud to contribute to a healthier, poison-free future.
Shobha Pakhale Natural Farmer | Borgaon, Taluka Walwa, District Sangli Practicing Natural Farming Since 2010Chemical farming had degraded my soil and driven up costs. After training under the Sri Sri Natural Farming Mission in 2016, I transformed my farming practices and became a Master Trainer. Today, with healthier soil, lower water and input needs, and better market access, I achieved 81 quintals/ha of maize in 2024—the second-highest in my taluka. Natural farming has brought prosperity, pride, and purpose to my fields.
Lakshmi Madhukar More Natural Farmer & Master Trainer | Chaudhane, Tal. Baglan Practicing Natural Farming since 2016Natural farming transformed both my agriculture and livelihood. After SSIAST training, I became a certified Agriculture Teacher in 2023. On my 5-acre turmeric farm, I use cow-based natural inputs and earned ₹2 lakh from just one acre on a ₹50,000 investment. My chemical-free turmeric now sells for ₹375–₹400/kg, proving the growing demand for pure produce. SSIAST’s training has given me sustainable income and a purpose to inspire my community.
Rajinikanth Sankhe Natural Farming Teacher, SSIAST | Dahanu, Palghar Practicing Natural Farming since 2020For six years, I have practised natural farming across my 15 acres. After practising natural farming, I replaced chemicals, reduced annual input costs from ₹5–6 lakh to below ₹1 lakh and now grow Guava, Mango, Orange and Mosambi naturally.
Sanjay Shyam Rao Dhunde NagpurAfter retiring from the Army in 2018, I replaced chemical farming with natural farming through Art of Living–SSIAST. I restored my health, finances, and land, improved crop diversity and income, and inspired me to become a teacher guiding other farmers.

Sachin Pol SataraAfter joining the Natural Farming Program in 2016, I closed my chemical fertiliser shop despite family opposition. Implementing natural farming has transformed my life. Today, I am happy, independent and have built my own successful business with confidence and pride.
Kilas Bajirao Jadhav NashikInspired by my father, I adopted natural farming through the Art of Living and has practiced it for many years. Natural farming helped eliminate Phytophthora infestation, improve soil health, and produce better-tasting vegetables with good yields—without chemical fertilizers. Though marketing was initially challenging, growing customer trust led to better prices, higher confidence and a sustainable farming livelihood.
Sunil Jaiswal NagpurAfter completing his B.Com in 2008, Sandeep and his younger brother transitioned from chemical to natural farming. Despite facing debt and even mortgaging family jewellery, they remained committed to natural farming. Beginning with lady’s finger cultivation using Jeevamrut and homemade inputs, they significantly reduced cultivation costs, improved yields, and transformed their farm into a profitable and sustainable enterprise.
Sandeep Sudhakar Kubde NagpurAfter retiring as a Forest Officer with 36 years of service, Ashok Makde shifted from chemical to natural farming. He established a 5-acre mango orchard with over 3,500 saplings and successfully overcame pest issues without chemical fertilizers. Today, he practices natural farming with satisfaction and encourages every farmer to adopt this sustainable approach.

Nature-led solutions for a cleaner, healthier future
At Sri Sri Naisargik, we harness nature-based solutions to restore nature, creating regenerative solutions that ensure clean air, safe water, and healthy soil, supporting life and stronger communities every day.
Natural farming transformed my life. Before 2019, rising input costs and falling profits caused constant stress. After SSIAST’s Natural Farming Training in Pune, I learned to prepare natural inputs, adopt intercropping, and restore my soil. Today, my farm produces healthier crops with higher returns and much lower costs. Natural farming has brought me financial stability, peace, and renewed purpose.
